I have received a damaged product, what do I do?
We always want you to create/record video when unboxing product and share the recorded video when requesting for returns/exchanges. Please drop us an email at pramakart@gmail.com with video and pictures of the damaged product within 10 days of receiving the product and will replace it at the earliest.
Sorry, we do not allow returns. In case you received a damaged product, we are more than happy to replace or exchange it. Please note that personalized products cannot be exchanged and will only be replaced in case of damage.
As we do not allow returns so such amounts will be adjusted with exahcnages or new purchase.
An order can be canceled only if we haven’t started processing it. Please drop an email at pramakart@gmail.com and we’ll fill you in on the status.
